    Product Management leader for Stores features (safety messages, recalls, and more) and high-visibility regulatory products to lead an ambitious expansion.

    Compliance & Safety Services (CoSS) builds best-in-class compliance and safety solutions that serve Amazon Buyers, Selling Partners (SPs), regulatory authorities, third-party compliance providers, and Amazon"s internal teams. We streamline compliance processes to reduce burden on SPs while boosting Amazon"s operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience. We achieve this by focusing on these four themes: 1) Ensure "no store, no policy and no business model is left behind"; 2) Transform the Selling Partner Lifecycle - Simplify Compliance, Elevate Seller Experience; 3) Reduce the Total Cost of Ownership; and 4) Shape the future of compliance through external collaboration and influence.

    The External Products team in CoSS owns buyer, regulator, and stakeholder communications products for sharing safety and compliance information, as well as emerging products to extend RISC"s investment in these capabilities with sellers and other enterprise customers. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical (PMT) to lead product management for CoSS External Products. This leader will own the product vision and roadmap across the team"s portfolio, which includes Buyer Safety Experience (BSX), Regulator Management, and our expanding focus on externalizing RISC"s compliance and safety technology for use beyond Amazon"s marketplace.

    Key job responsibilities

    Own the 3-5 year product vision and roadmap for CoSS External Products

    Define product strategy where opportunity and approach are not yet fully defined; drive clarity and create frameworks

    Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from customer problem identification

    Drive product decisions by working backwards from multiple customer segments - Amazon buyers, regulatory authorities, and business customers

    Partner with engineering, science, design, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet Amazon"s high bar for quality

    Build, implement, and continuously improve operational mechanisms that drive team cadence, accountability, and velocity

    Define metrics and mechanisms (KPIs, funnels, adoption, input/output metrics) that measure product performance and enable data-driven decisions; own goal-setting and progress-tracking mechanisms for the product portfolio

    Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of product managers; set clear expectations and growth paths for each team member

    Actively coach and mentor PMs through regular 1:1s, document reviews, and career development conversations; raise the bar on product management craft across the team

    Foster a team culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession; create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive better products

    Drive strategic communications internally and externally; present to senior leadership on product strategy, investment cases, and results

    Own customer engagement and escalations; perform on-call for service areas
