Job Description
The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic leader who partners closely with the Vice President, Talent Management to shape and execute the organizations talent management and learning and development priorities across the US and globally. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, the Director serves as a thought partner and leads the design, implementation, and delivery of key programs across these areas. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role. Working closely with the Vice President, Talent Management, the Director translates enterprise talent priorities into effective strategies, programs, and practices across learning and development, talent management, and recruiting. The Director brings perspective and recommendations, leads program design and execution, and ensures these areas operate as an integrated talent system. The role is created with succession in mind. It is positioned for a strong talent and learning leader who can grow into broader talent and HR leadership over time. This position is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and as a player-coach, leading through the team while remaining hands on where individual expertise and judgment add value.

The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
