  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executives to act as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant and talent expert.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent across manufacturing, operations, engineering, QFS, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • Strengthen hourly hiring processes - Improve frontline recruiting effectiveness, including job posting strategy, community outreach, and candidate conversion.
  • Oversee full life‑cycle recruitment using technology to harmonize salaried and hourly hiring across sites.
  • Drive process simplification and change management to ensure adoption of new tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Enhance candidate experience to improve quality, engagement, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts, especially for hard‑to‑fill manufacturing roles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong proficiency with ATS and HR technology platforms (SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, ADP, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success improving hiring outcomes (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, turnover reduction) across manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and high attention to detail.
