Description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $70.00 $70.17/hour on W2

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain to support supply management activities for commercial and late-stage clinical pharmaceutical products. This role will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning, sourcing, logistics, supplier relationship management, forecasting, and supply risk management.
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of supply management, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for pharmaceutical products, incorporating market trends, promotional activities, and regulatory considerations.
  • Maintain market intelligence and ensure streamlined, well-understood business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate new product launches and lifecycle management into forecasts.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives using advanced analytics.
  • Develop and utilize data analytics to support robust, fact-based decision-making.
  • Create and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity constraints, supplier compliance issues, and regulatory delays.
  • Manage contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and strategic suppliers while ensuring activities are performed according to approved supply agreements.
  • Oversee financial commitments, including work orders and purchase orders, as well as applicable supplier and manufacturing agreements.
  • Lead strategic business meetings with contract manufacturing and supply partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing critical suppliers and supply chain initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of product strategies through effective supply chain planning and risk management.
  • Own supply chain processes and make data-driven risk decisions, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
  • Lead and support initiatives involving planning software, ERP systems, logistics, product strategy, and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CClient, Commercial, and Quality teams to support product commercialization.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning ( S&OP) process to ensure alignment across participating functions.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in Supply Chain Governance forums.
