    Description

    We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote (EST aligned hours). Details for the position are as follows:
     
    Job Description:
    • Pay: 70.18/hr (W2)
    • 1-year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
    • Fully remote role, will need to accommodate EST hours
    • You will lead commercial supply chain planning and management for pharmaceutical products, supporting planning, sourcing, logistics, and supplier relationships
    • Develop and maintain demand forecasts, incorporating market trends, promotional activities, product launches, and regulatory considerations
    • Create and execute supply plans aligned with demand, production capacity, and inventory targets
    • Manage strategic supplier relationships, including contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and oversee supply agreements, purchase orders, and manufacturing service agreements
    • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and contribute to supply chain governance forums
    • Use data analytics, forecasting tools, and ERP systems to improve forecast accuracy, decision-making, and supply chain performance
    • Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity constraints, supplier compliance issues, and regulatory delays
    • Ensure supply chain activities are compliant with applicable regulations and aligned with budget and financial commitments
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 8+ years of relevant supply chain planning/management experience without a master’s degree, 6+ years will be considered with a Master’s
    • Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is required
    • Strong commercial supply chain planning experience
    • Experience with ERP systems and planning tools, specifically end-to-end Planning, purchasing, and Inventory management processes
    • 3 – 5 years of proficiency with ERP system, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel
    • Experience with supplier/vendor management, particularly CMO relationships
    • Experience supporting or leading S&OP processes
    • Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers, internal customers, and upper management
    • Financial acumen, budgeting experience, and ability to assess business and financial implications of supply chain decisions
