About the Role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Fulfillment for North America is responsible for end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing, and S&OP execution for a key region supporting long‑term business growth. This role is part of both the Commercial Regional Leadership Team and the Global Supply Chain Fulfillment Leadership Team. The position leads strategy across network design, inventory planning, trade compliance, 3PL partnerships, and operational excellence. The leader will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations while guiding a team through transformation initiatives, advanced planning systems, and continuous improvement.

 

Essential Duties

  • Serve as an active member of the Commercial Regional Leadership Team and Global Supply Chain Fulfillment Leadership Team.
  • Lead and manage the functional group, ensuring development, direction, and effectiveness aligned with organizational policies and objectives.
  • Develop and execute the regional warehouse and logistics network strategy to optimize service, cost, and scalability in alignment with the five‑year business plan and global harmonization strategy.
  • Oversee import and export functions, including trade and security regulatory compliance.
  • Manage operating expenses and logistics services spend for the region.
  • Direct freight payment audit activities and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and contract management with 3PL warehouse and logistics partners.
  • Measure and report monthly KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure compliant and effective customer service.
  • Ensure product flow to customers in alignment with global SIOP processes and service level objectives.
  • Drive a 24‑month demand plan at country level with 80 percent or higher accuracy.
  • Align demand, supply, and cost across countries through the S&OP hierarchy and calendar.
  • Manage inbound supply from internal and external suppliers to meet inventory and sales requirements.
  • Oversee inventory obsolescence risk, new product transitions, phase‑outs, and write‑offs.
  • Support the order‑to‑cash process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to deliveries and logistics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
  • Own the five‑year regional supply chain strategy to support business growth.
  • Contribute to global supply chain strategy across people, process, and systems.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or related fields.
  • Progressive management experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment.
  • Experience owning or facilitating S&OP at a regional or global level.
  • Experience implementing advanced planning systems such as Gains, IBP, or Kinaxis.
  • ERP and logistics system expertise, including SAP (ECC to S4), transportation management, global trade management, and 3PL integration.

Skills

  • Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
  • Experience with warehouse operations, transportation modes, international shipping, import/export compliance, and warehouse management.
  • Experience working with 3PL and 4PL or LLP providers.
  • Expertise in inventory control methods and metrics.
  • Ability to analyze financial impacts of strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency with PC software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
