Senior Manager – SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM/MM)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM/MM) to lead SAP manufacturing solutions and business transformation initiatives across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Batch Management, and Materials Management (MM) Purchasing.

The ideal candidate will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to optimize business processes, drive SAP S/4HANA adoption, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP manufacturing solutions covering Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Batch Management, and MM Purchasing.

• Drive process design, implementation, enhancements, and support for manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production planning, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution.

• Oversee Quality Management processes, including inspections, quality notifications, compliance, and product traceability.

• Manage batch determination, classification, genealogy, and traceability processes.

• Lead purchasing and inventory management activities, including procurement, sourcing, purchase orders, goods movements, and inventory optimization.

• Ensure integration across SAP PP, QM, MM, EWM, SD, FI/CO, and other manufacturing systems.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage stakeholders, implementation partners, and SAP functional teams.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ years of SAP consulting or industry experience, with strong expertise in SAP PP.

• Hands-on experience with SAP QM, Batch Management, and MM Purchasing.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality processes, and procurement functions.

• Experience leading global or large-scale SAP programs and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.

• Knowledge of SAP EWM, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrations.

• PMP, SAP certifications, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

• Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and distributed teams.
