About the Job

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy to drive pre-sale ideation and revenue growth within our Client Success organization. Our Client Success Sales Strategy team manages the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns sold by our regionally aligned sellers known as Client Partners.  This role focuses on pre-sale lifecycles and requires the Sr. Manager to play a critical guiding role in proposal development, solution alignment, go-to-market collateral creation, and sales strategy across a range of advertisers, verticals and client objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the Infillion sales strategy effort in the region, working closely with Client Partners to develop impactful and relevant media activation proposals that address advertiser objectives and deliver company revenue goals
• Contribute to process enhancement, partnering with the National Director to influence team best practices and detail-oriented engagement with cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Marketing to develop and refine GTM collateral (RFP response toolkit/playbooks, solutions narrative, etc.) to incorporate client feedback and ensure market alignment
• Partner with internal teams throughout the organization to drive relevant cross-departmental projects
• Participate in endeavor partnership conversations in-region and work closely with Revenue Operations team to ensure Infillion is best-positioned to win business from a pricing and packaging standpoint
• Partner with Creative Strategy team to align client objectives with our capabilities 
• Work closely with the Client Partnerships team to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships

What you have:

• 5+ years of experience in account management and digital advertising
• Experience in media planning and sales strategy
• Strong understanding of interactive advertising technologies and trends 
• Strategic and creative thinking skills - proactive, thorough and accurate 
• Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects 
• Strong written and verbal skills 
• Professional approach in client management
• The drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients 
• Experience in digital marketing/advertising

• Base salary of $90,000 plus commission with first year on-target earnings of $128,571
