We are seeking a highly motivated IC Design Engineering Manager to lead and contribute to cutting-edge RF Front-End designs. In this role, you will collaborate with other analog/RFIC and module designers to develop advanced architectures and innovative IC designs. As an RFIC Engineering Manager, you will oversee the analysis, design, simulation, and development of RF LNA and switch IPs for next-generation mobile devices using technologies such as SOI, SiGe, and others.

You will lead a team of 4 to 8 designers, working closely with RF and analog circuit designers to develop RF LNAs for the high-volume, fast-paced cellular handset market. Your team will be part of a broader IC design group that delivers SOI RF switch and PA bias controller design services. Starting base pay will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, market demands, responsibilities, and location. The client offers a variety of base pay ranges for U.S. locations.
