    As Senior Manager, Product Management, you will report to the company's CEO and lead product management for a well funded, rapidly growing drug-device combination therapy company. This early stage medical technology company is making a big impact by delivering cost effective, life-saving products to infants and adults around the world.


    Responsibilities:


    • Lead cross-functional teams to build and launch the company's medical device platform/s; promote a customer and market-centric approach to product development efforts
    • Lead voice of the customer efforts to define products and inform product development efforts; gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing and analytics tools
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes; provide insights into product, technology, market trends and relevant competitive learnings
    • Develop feature lists, user stories, and product roadmaps
    • Plan and support clinical trial phases for new products
    • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline; MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a medical device, health technology or other highly applicable regulated product development/commercialization environment
    • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Proven work experience throughout the product life cycle within the healthcare market
    • Understanding of the healthcare environment (FDA, CE Mark, etc.) regulatory and safety requirements; clinical trials and healthcare reimbursement models.
    • A demonstrated and focused desire to build world class products and services
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
    • Diligent attention to detail and strong technical acument, excellent leadership skills with experience working successfully in cross-functional teams
    • Travel 15-20% domestic and international
