Job Summary for Senior Manager Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring visibility and alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and oversee priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance for multiple projects.
- Drive accountability and predictability across various teams and initiatives to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction.
- Develop a 2-3 year vision for scaling the technology portfolio and organization.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance portfolio management, delivery, and decision-making.
- Support seamless 24/7 operations, with occasional weekend responsibilities (majority covered by on-call teams).
- Work onsite 4 days a week in Miami, FL (locals only).
- Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years' experience in program, project, or portfolio management.
- Professional certifications (PMP or PfMP) highly valued.
- Strong financial acumen, risk management, data analysis, and executive communication skills.
