The Senior Organic Search Manager will be responsible for leading Organic Search strategy and performance for Neighborly.com and its brand websites. The person in this role will lead a team in the analysis of Organic Search performance and identification of opportunities for performance improvement, with the end goal of driving revenue from higher search rankings and keyword conversion. Organic search refers to and not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Google Business Profile Optimizations (GBP)

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing a team of SEO and Content professionals preferred but not required.
Strong experience with SEO required; Deep understanding of search engine ranking criteria, including local ranking factors.
Skills:.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields
Schedule / in-office requirements:
Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
