    What you'll do...

    Role summary:
    The Senior Manager, Operations Improvement leads multiple projects focused on enhancing safety operational efficiency and process excellence. This role involves defining project scopes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving sustainable behavior change through continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong leadership in managing resources, monitoring safety performance metrics,  improving safety culture, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. By fostering collaboration and delivering strategic solutions, the Senior Manager supports business objectives and promotes a culture of  safety, accountability and innovation to optimize operational outcomes across the organization.
    About the team:
    The Upstream Facility Services Safety team is dedicated to protecting over 7,000 field technicians by designing and implementing robust safety programs that enhance service quality and reduce incidents. This team leads safety training, audits, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements. With expertise in skilled trades, licensing, and regulatory standards across multiple states, the team supports operational excellence and workforce well-being. Their leadership ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, fostering a secure and efficient work environment through effective change management and cross-functional collaboration.
    What you'll do:
    • Oversee multiple projects by defining scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines while coordinating planning and managing resources to ensure successful completion.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions with cross-functional teams.
    • Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues and driving continuous improvement efforts.
    • Provide leadership through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team environment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, promoting ethical practices and operational excellence.
    • Communicate project status and improvement plans effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.

    What you'll bring:
    • Proven results in managing multiple projects with strong skills in defining scope, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
    • Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety, especially around the execution of safety standards, OSHA standards, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying performance gaps, and implementing sustainable solutions.
    • Experience in change management, driving behavior change programs, and securing stakeholder alignment to support operational strategies.
    • Strong leadership capabilities in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve performance goals.
    • Proficiency in compliance reporting, safety assurance, and facility management to uphold organizational standards.
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting status reports and collaborating cross-functionally.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
