Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee training programs to develop enthusiastic team members and future leaders.
• Create and implement effective training strategies aligned with Chick-fil-A’s values.
• Ensure all team members receive paid training to excel in their roles.
• Support both day and night shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
