Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Operations:



  • Provide leadership and direction for daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, materials, supply chain, and workforce planning

  • Coordinate labor, inventory, and material availability to ensure production requirements and customer demands are consistently met

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across production, warehouse, and materials operations

  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and resource utilization

  • Establish scalable processes and operating procedures to support continued organizational growth

  • Ensure manufacturing activities remain compliant with GMP standards and applicable FDA and DEA requirements

  • Collaborate closely with Quality and other cross-functional partners to maintain safe, consistent, and compliant operations

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce inefficiencies and strengthen overall operational performance

  • Help identify operational risks, address bottlenecks, and implement solutions that support both immediate and long-term business needs


Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Operations:



  • 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing production, supply chain, scheduling, materials, and workforce planning

  • Strong understanding of GMP requirements and regulated manufacturing environments

  • Working knowledge of FDA and DEA compliance requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate operational teams

  • Track record of identifying inefficiencies and successfully implementing process improvements

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to operate effectively in a growing, fast-paced environment


Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 depending on experience
