Key Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Operations:



  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.

  • Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, and cost management.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop production managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of performance and accountability.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational discipline.

  • Manage production planning, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and operational budgeting.

  • Support capital improvement projects, equipment investments, and facility expansion initiatives.


Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Operations:



  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.

  • Proven success managing multiple departments and leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
