    Position Summary

    The Senior Manager of HR Operations leads the systems, processes, data, and teams that support Mirabito's employee lifecycle. The position directly manages HR administration, benefits administration, payroll processing, and recruiting while driving accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and service.

    A primary focus is optimizing Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and related applications, implementing and maintaining benefit and 401(k) provider feeds, and leading efforts to improve Mirabito's HRIS and payroll systems. The Senior Manager will define business requirements, lead implementations and integrations, strengthen reporting and controls, and build scalable, well-documented processes from the ground up.

    The successful candidate will be highly analytical and quantitative, comfortable working across multiple data sources, and able to translate operational needs into practical systems, workflows, and reporting solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Systems and Technology

    • Serve as the HR business owner for HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, recruiting, reporting, and related systems.
    • Optimize Great Plains and current applications while leading the implementation of new HRIS and payroll solutions.
    • Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, data conversion, access controls, and change management.
    • Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, vendors, and consultants to improve system performance and data flow.

    Data Integrations, Reporting, and Analytics

    • Implement, maintain, and reconcile electronic feeds with health and welfare providers, wellness vendors, and the company's 401(k) recordkeeper.
    • Resolve interface errors and data discrepancies among payroll, HR, recruiting, benefit, timekeeping, and provider systems.
    • Develop accurate reports, dashboards, exception reports, and reconciliations using Great Plains, advanced Excel, business intelligence tools, and other data sources.
    • Establish data definitions, validation standards, reporting controls, and measures of operational performance.

    HR Operations Leadership

    • Lead team members performing payroll processing, benefits administration, HR administration, and recruiting operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and responsive service.
    • Oversee payroll controls, benefit eligibility and enrollment, employee data transactions, recruiting workflows, applicant tracking, onboarding handoffs, and vendor coordination.
    • Improve recruiting processes, reporting, requisition management, candidate flow, and hiring-manager accountability.
    • Set team priorities and service standards; coach employees; and establish cross-training and backup coverage for critical responsibilities.

    Process Improvement and Compliance

    • Assess existing practices and design standardized, scalable processes that reduce manual work, duplicate entry, errors, and operational risk.
    • Create and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures, checklists, calendars, data dictionaries, controls, and system documentation.
    • Use root-cause analysis and performance metrics to lead continuous improvement across HR operations.
    • Support audits and compliance requirements through accurate records, reconciliations, security controls, and timely corrective action.
