Senior Manager of Financial Systems, Planning and Reporting (Netsuite)

The Senior Manager of Financial Systems, Planning & Reporting leads the development of a scalable financial technology ecosystem, including ERP (NetSuite), planning tools (Adaptive), and construction integration (Procore).

• They oversee system architecture, enhancements, and integrations to support multi-state data center expansion.
• Manage ERP configuration, optimization, and workflows, ensuring system performance and automation.
• Implement and maintain planning systems for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, syncing data with ERP.
• Lead integration of construction financials for real-time visibility and standardized workflows.
• Create dashboards and reports using PowerBI for key financial metrics and performance tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, train users, and enforce data governance policies.
• Build and mentor a high-impact team, define strategic vision, and support company growth.
•
