What You’ll Do as Technical Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Lead the preparation and review of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations through timely and accurate filings.
• 
  
• Drive technical accounting research and policy development across global accounting matters.
• 
  
• Collaborate with senior management and audit committees, and support investor relations and FP&A.
• 
  
• Oversee internal controls and support SOX 404 governance.
• 
  
• Review contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition and assist with acquisition due diligence and purchase accounting.
• 
  
• Serve as a key liaison to internal and external auditors.
• 
  
• Continuously improve reporting processes and systems, including software implementation.
• 
  

What You Bring as Technical Accounting Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA required.
• 
  
• 4+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm or public company).
• 
  
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• 
  
• Strong technical accounting memo writing and presentation skills.
•

Salary range depending on experience $120,000-$135,000 + bonus
