The Senior Manager of Applications Support will oversee critical applications supporting casino, hotel, front-desk, parking, and back-office operations. The role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence with innovation, team development, vendor management, and dependable support across a 24x7 environment.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Senior Manager of Applications Support to lead the support, development, optimization, and enhancement of applications across a major gaming and hospitality operation. The position serves as a strategic connection between IT leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring that critical systems perform reliably and support efficient operations.The successful leader will oversee applications such as LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP Parking, and Infinium, while guiding incident management, system integrations, upgrades, and process improvements. This role also serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and promotes strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams. The Senior Manager will mentor team members, encourage accountability and collaboration, and help advance technology solutions that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations for the applications team, including support, development, and system enhancement activities.
  • Manage enterprise hospitality and gaming applications, including LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP Parking, and Infinium.
  • Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders on system integrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure application reliability, compliance, and peak performance in a high-demand, 24x7 environment.
  • Oversee incident and problem management to minimize downtime and support timely resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize workflows and enhance the guest experience.
  • Mentor and develop team members while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure timely fixes, updates, and ongoing application support.
  • Promote innovation and best practices across the applications support function.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in application support or application management within gaming or hospitality environments.
  • Deep expertise with LMS and related front-of-house casino systems.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise system portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, systems integration, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call or after-hours shifts for production support.
  • Experience supporting applications in a fast-paced, high-demand operational environment.
