Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery

Day to day, you'll turn prioritized strategies and briefs into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage the dependencies, risk, and stakeholders needed to deliver the program at scale. As the Senior Manager, Loyalty Delivery, you will own end-to-end execution of the largest, most complex initiatives on Best Buy's membership roadmap. Day to day, you'll turn prioritized strategies and briefs into detailed requirements, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and manage the dependencies, risk, and stakeholders needed to deliver the program at scale. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the largest, most complex membership initiatives.
• Translate strategies and briefs into detailed requirements across channels.
• Partner with the Technology Product team to hand off requirements through acceptance.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risk, and timeline against defined outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management and develop an Associate Manager.

Basic qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management, product delivery, or operational execution.
• 3+ years proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing dependencies, risk, and delivery to outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in loyalty, membership, digital, or retail delivery.
• Familiarity with product, portfolio management and stage-gate intake frameworks.
