Job Summary:
The Senior Manager - Ski Lift Maintenance (Electrical) is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and oversight of the resort's ski lift electrical maintenance program. This role ensures that all aerial and surface lifts operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in ski lift electronics, proven leadership abilities, and a focus on safety, team development, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum 8-10 years of electrical ski lift maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of:
Industrial electrical systems
PLCs and automation controls
AC/DC drives and motor controls
Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
Power distribution systems
Electrical safety standards and best practices
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong understanding of ANSI B77.1 standards, NFPA 70E and other relevant codes and regulations
Proficient in maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak operations
