The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audits of various business processes and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing audit plans to achieve the departments objectives • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement • Leading and managing audit teams to ensure timely and effective completion of audits • Communicating audit findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders • Maintaining and improving the internal audit methodology and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the position include:

• A bachelors degree in accounting or a related field • A minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role • Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CMA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
