The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing is an individual contributor role for someone who likes to think strategically and roll up their sleeves to create strong, integrated marketing and educational experiences. You''ll own the vision for a new offering, building and evolving marketing programs from scratch alongside partners across marketing, strategy, product, client experience, digital, education, and creative.

The right fit for this role can see the bigger picture, pay attention to the details and help teams find the best next step when the path is not fully clear.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Audience advocacy and insight: serving as the voice of the participant, using audience insights to shape experiences that resonate and drive action.
    • End-to-end program development: shaping vision and building new marketing programs and integrated experiences from scratch that help participants understand and use their benefits.
    • Simplifying the complex: translating highly technical workplace benefits and business goals into clear, engaging and actionable strategies and experiences that drive behavior change.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: building trusted relationships quickly and bringing people together to solve problems, gain alignment and move work forward.
    • Continuous optimization: analyzing performance data, iterating on existing programs and refining experiences over time to drive higher engagement and participation.

    What you have

    • 8+ years of marketing, agency or related experience
    • Proven ability to think big-picture about strategy while equally passionate about rolling up your sleeves to execute the work
    • Experience using audience insights and data to shape marketing strategies and participant experiences
    • Exceptional partnership skills, with a proven ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders and lead through influence across teams like client experience, offer management, digital and creative agencies
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill dense, highly technical topics into clear, accessible messaging
    • A natural curiosity and drive to explore, ask the right questions and quickly get up to speed on new concepts, products and industry trends
    • Generous with ideas and perspectives, freely sharing knowledge, connecting dots across teams and helping others solve problems and move work forward
    • A demonstratable ability to thrive and bring momentum to projects when the path forward isn't always fully defined

    What Would Set You Apart:

    • A belief and track record of work showing that creativity can drive business outcomes
    • Deep audience empathy, going beyond the data to understand participant needs, friction points and motivations.
    • A builder''s mentality. Someone who doesn''t wait for a playbook to be handed to them, is generous with ideas and perspectives and has the persistence to work through obstacles.
