The Finance & Strategy Healthcare Consulting team empowers healthcare leaders to deliver quality care, invest in growth, and address workforce challenges-all while meeting the unique needs of their communities. In a rapidly evolving landscape, the team brings deep expertise across the care continuum to guide strategic and financial planning. Their practical, data-driven approach helps organizations navigate regulatory shifts, payment reform, and operational complexity with confidence and clarity.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for healthcare organizations, aligning business goals with operational and financial performance to drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee complex research and data analysis efforts, translating insights into actionable strategies that inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across a portfolio of strategic and operational engagements.
• Direct comprehensive performance assessments, including financial modeling, operational benchmarking, and clinical analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate and validate strategic recommendations within financial, organizational, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining executive-level relationships and providing thought leadership across engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new opportunities through relationship-building and market awareness.
• Ensure effective project governance, including scope management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to shape client strategies and enhance the firm's service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business of Healthcare discipline
• 7+ year(s) of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in strategic planning, service line planning, ambulatory planning, and/or transformation-wide strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, MHA, MPH, or MPA
• Prior consulting experience
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
