People safety: Leads injury prevention, risk reduction, compliance, metrics, corrective actions & enforcement. Role requires 50% travel. Candidates should reside in Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, West or St. Louis.

Join a role where you'll serve as the primary Health & Safety leader for an assigned zone, supporting airport lounge operations through hands-on oversight, training, and compliance. You will lead food safety, health and safety, environmental safety, and quality assurance efforts, acting as the formal escalation point for safety-related issues. With significant travel, you will partner closely with operations, auditors, and frontline teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service across all locations.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading health, safety, and food safety programs in food service or food manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety and environmental health regulations.
  • Expertise conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and coaching teams on HACCP, allergens, sanitation, and safe work practices.
  • Proven record of serving as the escalation point for safety incidents and resolving recurring operational issues.
  • Required certifications such as ServSafe, CFPM, HACCP, and Allergen Awareness.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 5 years
  • Related Experience: 3 years
