Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Consumer Campaigns will lead end-to-end project management of high-impact communications campaigns, driving brand visibility and engagement through earned media and organic social channels. This role focuses on executing global campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering innovative experiences that position the brand within pop culture conversations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage consumer campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Legal, Creative, and Social for seamless execution
- Oversee experiential production, creative development, and campaign launch strategies across digital and offline channels
- Manage external vendors including agencies, venues, and freelance talent for large-scale activations
- Negotiate project scopes, partnerships, and production budgets to maximize campaign impact and ROI
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, Hosts, brand partners, and creative vendors
- Drive campaign ideation and conduct proactive partner outreach aligned with annual campaign goals
- Track and report on campaign budgets, performance metrics, and insights
- Identify blockers, influence decision-making, and ensure smooth project execution
Must-Have Skills:- Strong project management and campaign execution expertise
- Knowledge of earned media strategies and global consumer communication campaigns
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and tight timelines simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking budgets and campaign performance
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach
Industry Experience:- 8+ years of experience in project management, experiential production, or communications
- Experience in consumer-facing industries such as media, advertising, PR, travel, or lifestyle brands
- Exposure to global campaign management and cross-functional team collaboration
