    Senior Manager, FP&A

    Overview

    Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level financial analysis across a global organization. This role partners closely with Accounting, Operations, and senior leadership to drive financial insights, reporting excellence, and process improvements.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis for a multi-entity global business.
    • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
    • Develop executive reporting and financial presentations for senior leadership.
    • Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
    • Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes.
    • Analyze key business drivers, profitability, operating expenses, and foreign currency impacts.
    • Support finance transformation initiatives and adoption of advanced analytics tools.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.
    • Experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations.
    • Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
    • Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar).
    • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

    Preferred

    • Experience within technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other complex global organizations.
    • Exposure to supply chain, operations, or recurring revenue business models.
    • Experience driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
