Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Integrations to lead financial platform integrations, customer migrations, and business-critical system transformations. This role combines deep expertise in information technology, finance operations, and enterprise system integrations to ensure seamless transitions between platforms while maintaining the integrity of billing, payments, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, customer financial data, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, revenue management, reconciliation, and customer account transitions. They will partner closely with Finance, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Advanced knowledge of MAStermind Business and/or MAStermind Monitoring.
Advanced problem solving and negotiation skills.
Functional understanding of general financial principles.
Leverages business and technical expertise across disciplines, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge.
Contributes to the strategic direction of the client group(s).
May provide guidance to senior management.
Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 8 - 10 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Validation
Develop and execute complex SQL queries to support financial data analysis, migration validation, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of:
Customer accounts
Invoices
Payments
Open accounts receivable
Revenue transactions
Aging balances
Reconciliation records
Investigate data discrepancies and partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
Create repeatable validation processes and data quality controls for large-scale platform migrations.
Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
Proficiency using SQL to:
Validate large-scale data migrations
Reconcile financial transactions
Analyze Accounts Receivable and billing data
Investigate revenue and payment discrepancies
Support financial reporting and audit requirements
Ability to independently extract, transform, analyze, and validate data across multiple enterprise systems.
Experience working with large relational databases and complex data models.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle, BigQuery, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle, Informix, or similar database platforms.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Mastermind Business, Mastermind Monitoring, or similar monitoring and billing platforms.
Experience supporting acquisitions, platform consolidations, or large-scale customer conversion initiatives.
