    What you'll do...

    Position: Senior Manager, Finance 

     

    Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716 

     

    Duties: Provides input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling; recommending future expense targets; and planning and analyzing business performance in partnership with cross-functional areas. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Communicates with functional areas to understand significant variations; documenting and preparing results for presentation; and providing follow-up or answering any questions regarding financial issues. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and promoting a belonging mindset in workplace.     Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related experience. 

     

    Skills required: Must have experience with: Designing and using PowerBI/Tableau for analyzing financial data; Excel financial analysis; Creating Hyperion/OneStream queries to extract data;  Creating expense or revenue forecasting tool based on trends, statistical methods, business knowledge, and input from business partners; Designing a Budget tool utilizing CPM/EPM software; Gathering Requirements for an Expense Analytics Tool to improve profitability;  creating expense targets with cross functional leadership; Creating an expense tool to manage MTD expense using EPM/CPM software  to improve efficiencies; Working across departments to set goals to improve efficiencies, creating reporting to analyze financials and providing detailed reporting/insights to department heads; Providing recommendations to operational leadership to improve efficiencies and influencing  actions; Developing PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate financial performance; Developing PowerPoint  slides to communicate opportunities or answer ad hoc questions; Communicating financial/operational performance using multiple KPIs;  Performing core financial processes (close process, AOP, LRP);  Evaluating financial impacts (IRR, NPV, etc.) of actual/proposed investments; Collaborating cross-functionally to develop business targets and plans; Utilizing digital tools to improve processes; Supporting  transformation initiatives. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
