About the Team:

The Americas Omni Operations team is responsible for enabling safe, efficient, and scalable supply chain operations that support Pandoras continued growth across North and Latin America. As Pandora continues to invest in operational excellence, sustainability, and employee experience, the EHS & Facilities function plays a critical role in ensuring the Americas Distribution Center remains a safe, secure, sustainable, and engaging workplace for employees, visitors, and business partners.

As Senior Manager, EHS & Facilities, you will lead the strategies and operations supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, and Employee Experience. You will partner closely with operational and functional leaders to create an environment where people can perform at their best while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, risk mitigation, and exceptional workplace experiences.

Your Role as Senior Manager, EHS & Facilities:

• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Facilities, Security, Workplace Services, and Employee Experience initiatives for the Americas Distribution Center.
• Develop and execute strategies that support employee safety, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, sustainability, and workplace excellence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, local requirements, and corporate standards while promoting a proactive culture of safety and accountability.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, business continuity, contractor safety, and security programs.
• Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, utilities, infrastructure, material handling equipment, workplace services, and facility improvement projects.
• Manage site security operations, access control, badging, visitor management, CCTV systems, and physical asset protection.
• Champion sustainability programs and environmental initiatives that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support Pandoras sustainability commitments.
• Own facility-related operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, service agreements, and long-term asset lifecycle planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Global functions to support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
• Influence senior operational leaders to drive accountability for safety, security, facility standards, employee experience, and operational performance.
• Utilize data, performance metrics, audits, and inspections to identify opportunities, prioritize resources, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives that improve workplace effectiveness, facility reliability, employee engagement, and business performance.

What is needed to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in EHS, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS, facilities, security, workplace services, operations, logistics, or distribution center environments.
• Proven experience leading teams, vendors, and complex site operations.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, facilities infrastructure, physical security, and risk management.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, vendor contracts, and facility-related investments.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives, operational change, and site improvement projects.
• Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to influence senior operational leaders.
• Experience supporting large-scale distribution, manufacturing, automated, or logistics operations preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, CFM, FMP, IFMA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Maryland Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience
