As the Senior Manager, Dispute Resolution & Cash Application, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations for dispute resolution and cash application, serving as the go‑to expert in this space. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer payments are applied accurately, resolving disputes efficiently, and directly improving cash flow performance.

You'll report to the Global Delivery Leader, giving you strong visibility into strategic priorities, while partnering closely with the Transformation Lead. Together, you'll have the opportunity to modernize processes by leveraging systems, automation, and AI-driving meaningful, sustainable improvements and shaping the future of how this function operates.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years in Dispute Resolution, Cash Application, AR
  • Strong internal controls and SOX experience
  • Hands‑on leadership in global operations and system implementations
  • Experience managing captive and BPO teams
  • ERP, lockbox, and bank integration experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, Public accounting and/or audit background
  • ERP experience (both SAP and Oracle)
  • Automation and AI exposure in cash or dispute processes
  • Preference given to Candidates who reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zone to support team collaboration and business operations during core working hours.

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
