We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded FP&A leader who can operate at both the strategic and detailed levels. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, bringing greater visibility, rigor, and forward-looking insight to the business.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities with strong business judgment and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Own and drive the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
    • Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operating decisions
    • Provide senior leadership with clear, actionable insights into business performance, trends, opportunities, and risks
    • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, and management presentations
    • Partner closely with Accounting to understand financial results and ensure accurate and meaningful management reporting
    • Serve as a strategic finance partner to teams across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders
    • Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other key business drivers
    • Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that improve visibility and accountability across the organization
    • Evaluate investments, new initiatives, product launches, channel opportunities, and other strategic growth initiatives
    • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operating leverage, and financial performance
    • Help build scalable FP&A processes, systems, and infrastructure as the organization continues to grow
    • Translate complex financial information into concise, business-oriented recommendations for executive leadership
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    • Approximately 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in FP&A
    • Current Senior Manager, Director, or high-performing FP&A leader ready to step into a broader role
    • Strong preference for experience within beauty, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or another high-growth consumer brand
    • Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of the P&L and the operational drivers behind financial performance
    • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives and non-finance stakeholders
    • Comfortable moving between high-level strategic analysis and detailed, hands-on financial work
    • Highly proficient in Excel and experienced working with financial planning, ERP, and business intelligence tools
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to turn data into a compelling business story
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and evolving organization
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
    What Makes This Opportunity Compelling
This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting brands in the CPG space and have a meaningful impact on the company’s next phase of growth.

The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, broad ownership of FP&A, and the opportunity to help shape how the organization uses financial information to make decisions. For the right individual, this is much more than a reporting role—it is an opportunity to become a trusted strategic partner to the business.
