This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days per week in the office (RTP) and 3 days per week working remotely.
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Platforms leads the strategy, architecture, and execution of the organization's marketing technology ecosystem, with primary ownership of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and their integration with the Data Lake and CDP. This role partners closely with IT to deliver strategic marketing initiatives that align to business objectives and drive measurable impact.
The Manager ensures data accuracy, system integrity, and scalable platforms across all channels supporting donor retention, lifecycle planning, and digital engagement. They manage the scope, requirements, and implementation of new marketing technology solutions while maintaining and evolving the existing MarTech stack.
As a hybrid leader, the Manager oversees a small technical team, owns the CDP and marketing automation roadmap, and serves as a strategic technical liaison across Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Growth. The role drives data informed decision-making, enables advanced segmentation, and builds operational maturity that contributes to increased Donor Lifetime Value.
