Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABM for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will drive demand generation and account-based marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline, optimize marketing performance, and support revenue growth.
Salary Range: $150K/annum to $160K/annum; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Manager, Demand Generation & ABM Job Responsibilities include:
Own and execute demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and intent data tools to support lead generation and campaign performance.
Develop and optimize email nurture programs, digital campaigns, and paid media initiatives across LinkedIn, SEM, and other channels.
Leverage intent data and account insights to identify high-value prospects and coordinate targeted outreach with sales teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report on pipeline performance, attribution metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition costs.
Partner with sales, product marketing, content, and SDR teams to align targeting, messaging, lead qualification, and pipeline generation efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), Salesforce CRM, and intent data tools (6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo).
Proven experience owning pipeline generation goals, ABM strategy execution, paid media management, and marketing performance analytics.
