This role is at their company HQ in Stamford and they're making a huge push to build one of the best data teams in the US.The Senior Manager, Data Science and Advanced Analytics responsibilities will include:Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization.Build and maintain automated reporting and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics processes translating raw data into useable data.Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and operations teams.Drive adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies across analytics teams.The Senior Manager, Data Science and Advanced Analytics will have the following experience:Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.10+ years in data analytics/data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within CPG or regulated industries.Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Proven experience with syndicated market data, retailer scan/loyalty data, and CPG analytics use cases.Demonstrated success in managing multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/ML, PMP) preferred.Included in the compensation package for the Senior Manager, Data Science and Advanced Analytics:Base salary ranging from $175,000 - $255,000 depending on experienceHybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office in Stamford)Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Excellent 401k Plan (Total company contribution can reach 16%)20 Days PTO18% Annual bonus targetExcellent growth opportunity
