Compensation:
Pay Range: $79.00-$89.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• The role involves leading the strategic planning and execution of a biopharmaceutical product launch in a remote setting. 
• This is a contract position requiring expertise in program management and launch operations, utilizing generic project management tools.

Description:
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of a biopharmaceutical product launch.
• Serve as the central program-management lead, translating strategic priorities into an integrated execution plan.
• Establish an operating structure to maintain alignment, accountability, and leadership visibility.
• Work closely with functional leaders across various departments to maintain the integrated launch plan.
• Facilitate launch governance and identify cross-functional dependencies.
• Provide clear reporting on overall readiness.
• Operate in a complex matrix environment without relying on direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the cross-functional launch plan using generic project management tools.
• Partner with leaders to define launch scope, activities, milestones, and decision points.
• Create and maintain a program-level launch plan that connects various readiness activities.
• Design and operate a governance model for the launch program.
• Coordinate Launch Readiness Reviews and structured readiness checkpoints.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in program management, commercial operations, or launch planning in the life sciences industry.
• Experience supporting or leading a major commercialization program.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional plans.
• Strong proficiency in generic project management and presentation tools.
