Key Duties
Execute the strategic roadmap for copay and eCopay programs across Alkermes' CNS product portfolio
Identify opportunities to enhance program utilization, patient experience, and access outcomes
Lead program design for new product launches and lifecycle management initiatives
Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategy
Oversee day-to-day operations of copay and eCopay programs, ensuring seamless patient and provider experiences
Manage program vendors including performance oversight, KPIs, and SLAs
Ensure program scalability, efficiency, and cost optimization through continuous process improvements
Support issue resolution, escalation management, and program audits
Ensure all programs operate in full compliance with regulations
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to develop and maintain program policies and SOPs
Oversee auditing processes and ensure readiness for internal and external reviews
Develop and monitor KPIs to track program performance
Analyze program data to identify insights and opportunities to improve program adoption
Provide regular reporting and executive-level updates to leadership
Partner cross functionally with Brand, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance to align on program goals and execution
Collaborate with Finance on budget forecasting, accruals, and program ROI evaluation
Support field teams with program education, tools, and issue resolution
Travel may be required (e.g., vendor meetings, internal workshops)
The Senior Manager, Copay and eCopay Programs is responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and optimization of Alkermes' patient affordability programs, including traditional copay assistance and digital eCopay solutions. This role ensures patient access to therapies through compliant, efficient, and patient-centric financial support programs.
This role requires deep expertise in copay program operations, vendor management, patient journey design, and compliance within the evolving regulatory landscape. The Senior Manager, Copay and eCopay Programs will partner cross-functionally across Market Access, Brand, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, and external vendors to drive program performance, innovation, and scalability.
