Position Overview

Senior Manager, Business Transformation to serve as the enterprise business integrator for the North America Transformation Program. This role is central to the successful execution of separation from and establishment as an independent business.

It is not an IT implementation role and does not replace project managers; it complements them by integrating work streams, identifying enterprise dependencies, anticipating downstream impacts, and enabling executive decision-making.

The successful candidate will personally develop, build, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated management system that enables North America leadership to execute with clarity, discipline, and confidence.

changes.

This role brings enterprise visibility across those initiatives, ensuring leadership has timely insight into risks, decisions, dependencies, and business readiness before issues become

operational risks.

Position Scope

This role partners across Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, and external implementation partners. It owns enterprise integration-not individual work stream execution-by connecting plans, coordinating readiness, resolving cross-functional gaps, and ensuring executive governance supports informed decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated North America Transformation Plan.
• Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, governance materials, and Steering Committee presentations.
• Create and maintain the enterprise RAID log and mitigation plans.
• Analyze enterprise integration risks and downstream business impacts.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and drive gap resolution.
• Coordinate TSA exit, Microsoft Dynamics business readiness, legal entity readiness, customer readiness, and business cutover readiness.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings and track decisions and actions.
• Escalate risks with recommendations and continuously improve governance processes. Leadership Expectations

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise transformation, PMO, ERP readiness, carve-outs,separations, mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Outstanding PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity with a bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience preferred.
• Consumer products experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP deployments, TSA exits, carve-outs, separations, or enterprise transformations strongly preferred.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $61.00-$67.00per hour.
