We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead business-facing analytics initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business needs into data-driven insights and enabling informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytics expertise and has experience working in complex, data-rich environments—preferably within semiconductor or high-tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership
Translate business questions and strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives
Analyze Sales, Product, and Order data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support decision-making
Build and manage a prioritized roadmap of analytics and reporting initiatives aligned with business goals
Identify gaps in data availability, quality, and visibility; recommend solutions to improve analytics capabilities
Partner with data engineering and IT teams to define requirements and ensure delivery of scalable data solutions
Apply industry knowledge (semiconductor / FPGA preferred) to contextualize insights and support commercial decision-making
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles
Proven experience supporting senior business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineering or IT
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Experience in semiconductor, FPGA, or high-tech industries
Familiarity with sales performance metrics, product analytics, and financial reporting
Experience building analytics roadmaps or supporting data strategy initiatives
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
