About the Role

In this leadership role, you will bridge business strategy and technology execution across our Global Manufacturing Systems organization. You will oversee business analysis activities, guide complex system implementations and integrations, and ensure manufacturing technology solutions deliver measurable business value. This role combines people leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5-8+ years of manufacturing systems experience and 5-8+ years of people leadership experience. Experience with ERP, MES, systems integration, business analysis, and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $140,186.00 and $200,266.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
