About the Role

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are seeking a strategic, driven Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to help lead Ariat's brand marketing efforts with vision and purpose. The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will report to the Sr. Director of Market Development & Brand Planning and work closely with channel marketing, eCommerce, product, creative, sales, and other internal teams to build brand presence, strengthen consumer connection, and deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives.

This role will be instrumental in shaping seasonal brand strategies, driving integrated campaign execution, and elevating how Ariat shows up across every consumer touchpoint.

The driven Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will be a core function supporting Ariat's brand marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about brand representation and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.

You'll Make a Difference By

  • Partnering with the Sr. Director to develop seasonal brand strategies, campaign priorities, and marketing briefs.
  • Leading go-to-market planning for key campaigns, including cross-functional alignment, campaign tiering, product focus, and calendar management.
  • Delivering strategic briefs that articulate positioning, audience, insights, and key messaging.
  • Presenting key campaign and event performance recaps with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Overseeing tactical execution including content capture planning, asset development, and activations to ensure alignment with seasonal strategies and brand standards.
  • Partnering with the Brand Media team to brief and develop campaign assets across paid media channels.
  • Working closely with channel partners across social, PR, email, CRM, eCommerce, and retail to bring campaigns to life in a cohesive, consumer-centric way.
  • Leading naming and copy development for new collections, product stories, and technologies.
  • Leading strategy for packaging, in-store signage, and wholesale marketing support materials.
  • Partnering with the Partnerships Team to brief and execute event activations, sponsorships, and branded experiences.
  • Supporting licensing partners with on-brand product storytelling, marketing guidance, and brand standards.
  • Supporting the strategy, go-to-market planning, and marketing execution of brand collaborations and special partnerships.
  • Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.

About You

  • 8+ years of consumer goods marketing experience.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thoughtful and adaptive strategic thinker who can interpret needs and present solutions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to pivot, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of media channels and content variation needed to support each.
  • Experience in footwear or apparel business is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $140,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
