Senior Manager, Brand Management
Almost Friday Media is building a fast-growing creator-led commerce engine - and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Management to help scale it.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy and commercial performance of a multi-brand portfolio, driving revenue through product development, high-impact launches, and distinct brand vision across shows like Friday Beers, Empty Netters, Almost Friday, Playdate Pod, and more. You’ll sit at the intersection of talent, content, and commerce - turning cultural moments into products that sell.
Own the revenue performance of the brand portfolio -partnering with Finance to set targets, build channel plans, and deliver against goals
Define and drive the creative and commercial direction for each brand, from initial concept through launch and lifecycle
Build and manage launch calendars tied to revenue goals, ensuring tight coordination across product, marketing, and content
Act as the main commerce partner to talent and creative - collaborating on product ideas, launch strategies, promotions, and performance recaps
Identify and develop new product opportunities by tapping into trending content, audience signals, and category gaps
Lead fast-turn product drops in partnership with creative and talent, including reactive designs, culturally relevant moments, and evergreen capsule drops
Own product development end-to-end with external designers and suppliers - from concepting and tech packs through sampling and production
Oversee sample and seeding logistics across talent, partners, and internal teams
Own the Shopify launch process - building and QA’ing PDPs, managing SKUs, and partnering with E-Commerce & Marketing Operations on execution
Partner with the Strategic Analyst on inventory planning, forecasting, and full-funnel performance reporting
Drive cross-brand initiatives and collaborations across talent, producers, and internal teams
Build and scale the function over time - establishing processes, playbooks, and eventually a team
5-7+ years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or product development within a DTC apparel or lifestyle brand
Proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch, and owning performance
Experience operating in high-velocity environments with frequent drops; creator- or talent-led brand experience is a strong plus
Strong commercial instincts with comfort owning revenue goals and adjusting strategies based on performance
Hands-on Shopify experience, including PDP builds, SKU management, and merchandising execution
Highly cross-functional - able to seamlessly collaborate across talent, creative, marketing, e-commerce, and operations
Builder mindset - you’re excited to take ownership, create structure, and scale something from the ground up
Able to operate strategically while staying close to execution and details
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively solves problems
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong self-management and accountability
