Description
Reporting to the SVP/VP/Sr Director of Category Management, this position is responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives related to category/brand management for the TBC enterprise. Responsible for the management of category/brands including optimization and administration of the appropriate product, pricing, promotional and distribution requirements needed to achieve market share growth. Responsible for translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies that shape product offering and drive business growth. The position involves leading category analysts/managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing category strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong leader with a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
