Global Brand Manager

Job Description

This role is open to New York, NY or Houston, TX. The responsibilities include:

  • Own and evolve the firm's global brand framework, including visual identity standards, governance models, templates, and guidelines, ensuring a consistent and recognizable brand presence across all regions and business functions.
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-profile global communications, creating compelling, on-brand marketing and corporate materials that support the firm's reputation and strategic objectives.
  • Manage enterprise brand platforms and marketing workflows, including digital asset management (DAM) and creative operations tools, driving adoption, governance, process efficiency, and user enablement.
  • Serve as the firm's senior brand advisor, providing expert guidance on design quality, visual storytelling, brand compliance, and creative best practices for complex projects and stakeholder requests.
  • Drive alignment between global and regional marketing teams, fostering collaboration, resolving brand-related challenges, and ensuring brand standards are effectively implemented while accommodating local market requirements.
  • Strengthen the firm's digital brand presence, partnering with content and marketing teams to improve brand effectiveness across websites and digital channels through SEO, content structure, user experience, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee shared-service creative and marketing operations, managing priorities, service quality, team performance, reporting, training, and continuous improvement across centralized support resources.
  • Champion innovation and team development, leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance creative production, improve efficiency, scale content delivery, and elevate overall marketing effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management and/or creative leadership within a complex global organization, preferably in professional services or law firm.
  • Demonstrated success managing global brand governance programs.
  • Strong background in creative direction, visual communications, and enterprise-scale brand implementation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, DAM platforms, workflow management tools, PowerPoint template development, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital content strategy, and emerging marketing technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically, delivering high-quality work while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
