Senior Manager, Behavioral Health Contracts

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for development and oversight of University Healths behavioral health contracts, including developing, monitoring, and reporting on outcomes and expenditures. As directed by the Chief of Behavioral Medicine, collaborates with internal and external community stakeholders during contract discussions and negotiations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree required. Masters degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Public Administration preferred. Five years of experience in administrative program oversight with increasing level of responsibility is required as applicable. A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, or its equivalent, in a health-related agency is highly recommended. Familiarity and previous experience collaborating with community stakeholders and knowledge of behavioral health resources within the local community is highly desirable.
