 Senior Maintenance Technician Compensation and Hours:
  • $35-40 an hour DOE
  • 2nd Shift 
  • Mon-Fri 2:15pm-10:45pm
 Senior Maintenance Technician Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Forklift troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
  • Facility maintenance experience, including general building upkeep
  • Comfortable performing landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting skills, preferred but not required
  • Willingness to train on various forklifts 
  • Comfortable working on scissor lifts at elevated heights
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documents
  • Automation or robotics experience preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Senior Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors
  • Perform maintenance on equipment, and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues
  • Inspect, test, and replace sensors and other control components
  • Diagnose and resolve forklift and material handling equipment issues
  • Complete general facility repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Perform landscaping and ground maintenance as needed
  • Operate scissor lifts safely to complete maintenance work
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
  • Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Interface with OEMs/vendors when needed
  • Document work and maintain system history (LIMBLE CMMS preferred)
