Senior Maintenance Technician Compensation and Hours:
- $35-40 an hour DOE
- 2nd Shift
- Mon-Fri 2:15pm-10:45pm
Senior Maintenance Technician Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems
- Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Forklift troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
- Facility maintenance experience, including general building upkeep
- Comfortable performing landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting skills, preferred but not required
- Willingness to train on various forklifts
- Comfortable working on scissor lifts at elevated heights
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents
- Automation or robotics experience preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Senior Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors
- Perform maintenance on equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues
- Inspect, test, and replace sensors and other control components
- Diagnose and resolve forklift and material handling equipment issues
- Complete general facility repairs and maintenance tasks
- Perform landscaping and ground maintenance as needed
- Operate scissor lifts safely to complete maintenance work
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
- Interface with OEMs/vendors when needed
- Document work and maintain system history (LIMBLE CMMS preferred)
