POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Maintenance Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Maintenance & Reliability organization across manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
- Developing and implementing strategic Maintenance & Reliability roadmaps.
- Driving reliability, facilities, utilities, and maintenance programs.
- Creating and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Driving improvements in OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Leading Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing maintenance and capital budgets.
- Developing the technical and managerial capabilities of the Maintenance & Reliability team.
- Partnering with Engineering on capital projects and plant improvement opportunities.
- Establishing succession plans and developing critical talent.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, site security, and government regulations.
- Serving as a senior member of the Plant Leadership Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Maintenance Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Maintenance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering; Master s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of Maintenance experience in the CPG industry, or a combination of Maintenance, Engineering, and Manufacturing experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience.
- Maintenance and reliability systems development.
- OEE improvement and significant cost savings.
- TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance.
- SAP Maintenance Module.
- Technology and engineering automation.
- GMP, food safety, and employee safety standards.
- Capital project execution.
- Strong project management, analytics, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills.
