    POSITION OVERVIEW
    As a Senior Maintenance Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
    The Senior Maintenance Manager will lead the plant s entire Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) organization, with responsibility for equipment uptime, reliability, equipment life, utilities, facilities, and maintenance performance.
    The role partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reliability, productivity, efficiency, OEE, safety, quality, and cost performance.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the entire Maintenance & Reliability organization.
    • Develop and execute the plant s strategic M&R roadmap.
    • Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and asset life.
    • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
    • Improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR while reducing downtime and waste.
    • Establish a culture focused on zero breakdowns and zero losses.
    • Lead TPM and Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) initiatives.
    • Implement best practices involving PM/PdM, lubrication, calibration, visual controls, spare parts, and technical mastery.
    • Manage maintenance and facilities/utilities programs.
    • Own M&R budgets and drive year-over-year cost savings.
    • Manage capital projects and optimize spare-parts inventory.
    • Partner with Engineering on plant improvement and capital projects.
    • Develop, coach, and retain the M&R team.
    • Establish succession plans and develop technical and managerial capabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support business continuity and manufacturing standards.
    • Serve as a senior member of the Plant Leadership Team.
    • Partner with Plant Management and other stakeholders on strategic business priorities.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Maintenance Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Maintenance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
    • Bachelor s degree in Engineering required.
    • Master s degree preferred.
    • 15+ years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
    • Experience in the CPG industry strongly preferred.
    • 8+ years of leadership experience.
    • Proven success developing maintenance/reliability systems and teams.
    • Demonstrated success improving OEE and equipment reliability.
    • Track record of delivering significant cost savings.
    • Strong financial and business acumen.
    • Strong project management capabilities.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
    • Hands-on leadership and team-building capabilities.
    • Understanding of GMP, food safety, and industrial maintenance regulations.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and regulations.
    Preferred Experience
    • TPM Total Productive Maintenance
    • Lean / Six Sigma / 5S
    • SAP Maintenance / PM module
    • Industrial automation and technology
    • Capital project execution
    • Spare-parts management
    • Maintenance systems development
    • Experience in both unionized and non-unionized environments

    Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
    Minimum Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering required.
    Minimum Experience: 15+ years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
