Innophos is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Chicago Heights, IL manufacturing facility. You''ll oversee a 24/7 chemical manufacturing operation, driving improvements in safety, equipment reliability, maintenance performance, team development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor''s degree preferred.
Preferred fields of study:
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
5+ years leading an industrial maintenance organization.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with:
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
SMED
5S
Autonomous Maintenance
Maintenance storeroom operations and management
Reliability improvement methods and equipment failure analysis.
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Industrial safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Line Entry, Confined Space, and Hot Work.
Powerhouse, utilities, and plant infrastructure management.
Project management from concept through execution.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance repair, installation standards, codes, and specifications.
Experience in a food-grade manufacturing environment is a plus.
